Can’t be limited or compared

Can’t be limited or compared

Neil Marten, a member of the British Parliament, was once giving a group of his constituents a guided tour of the Houses of Parliament. During the course of the visit, the group happened to meet Lord Hailsham, then lord chancellor, wearing all the regalia of his office. Hailsham recognized Marten among the group and cried, "Neil!" Not daring to question or disobey the "command," the entire band of visitors promptly fell to their knees!

John 4:24 God is Spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.

As we continue to think and learn about Worship, we must be sure that God is the topmost priority in our lives. True Worship is defined by the priority we place on who God is in our lives and where God is on the list of our priorities.
God is Spirit and sometimes we are not able to understand that. Yes, He is the good father but that is more of a relational aspect. This might lead us to undervalue the magnanimity and the awesomeness of God. So we are talking about an infinite God in a finite language. Unfortunately, when we limit God as a human being we forget that He is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and etc. These are the non-moral attributes of God which can’t be adapted to any human life. Now that is the awesomeness of God, there can’t be any actual comparison to Him.

We would be able to truly Worship God when we realize the personality of God which can’t be expressed in words. Then there won’t be any questions or doubts. There would be Worship from the heart knowing that God is God who can’t be limited or compared.
