Let’s be one

1 Cor 11. 33 So then, my brothers and sisters, when you gather to eat, you should all eat together.

In Indian Schools most have wrote that Essay about the great land of India “Unity in Diversity”. There are various languages, cultures, religions, dressing style, foods, weather and etc. It is exciting how so much of differences exist within one landscape. A true Indian appreciates varieties and enjoys the potential in each one.

When apostle Paul writes to the Church in Corinth, he considers the diversity in Church. There were people from various backgrounds and cultures. But when he writes to them, they are all children of God for whom the lamb was slain. There is nothing more to say. We are all one. But that doesn’t mean that everyone loses their individuality.

Paul did not ask everyone to lose their individuality by coming to the Lord. But he encourages them to become a greater individual by sacrificing for others. We have to be concerned for one another. ¨How can we remember the Lord's death and not love one another? As Christ died for us all. Let’s be one.
