He has done it all

Acts 3.19 Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;

                 For ages man has been trying to battle with the issue if sin on his own. Man has always given names to it in different era. Humankind has attempted various ways to tackle the issues on their own. Surprisingly the struggle is still on.

                  When Peter spoke to the gathering outside the temple, he reminded them of their wrongdoing. But he didn't leave them in the air. He told them a remedy as well. It was simple and easy, to realize, leave the wrong and turn to God. But somehow people don't like simple ways. They want to go the hard way and show their part in coming out of it.

                 Even today we find it so hard to accept the forgiveness so easily. Instead of repenting we regret and go our way. God offers an easy way to accept forgiveness and a new life I.e in Christ Jesus through the cross. But we suffer because we take the responsibility of God into our hands and try to pay our way out of it. Lets remember He has done it all.
